long and tired

Doc is awesome. He's a Three year old golden retriever who loves me. He runs to the window every time he hears my name. I started Friday out with a good hour walk with Him at Lester Park

This weekend was good. It was long. It was tiring. Friday was super. I started the morning out with walking my wonderful buddy, Doc, through Lester and then I hung out with his fam for a bit. Later we went to Wisco Point and decided to burn some things that weren't really that environmentally safe, but man, was the fire H-O-T!!! We were going to sleep on the point, but decided it was best to plan for another night. I work a good 21 hours Saturday-Sunday morning. IT was long and a little boring. I watched TV for five hours. That was the longest time in a while to watch TV that much. I got the low down in the nominees for the VMA's though.

Sunday was nice. I enjoyed PR's and PN's sermon. I like the fact that Hillside is focusing on community. It is something that's very important. Later that afternoon I went to Munson's casa for fun. Lace, D-Lo, Gagne, Munson and I watched Episode IV of Star Wars. I don't really care for them, but the company made it worth it. You guys are awesome!

For some reason, D-Lo thought it would be a good sweet if he swam out to the "Ice Box" which is some random structure off the board walk here in Duluth. So Lace, Mike and Dan went in. I was so jealous. I should have done it, but I didn't want to get my clothes wet (I know Im a sissy). I'll do it if there is one more warm day. The poor guys. They looked so sick. The water was definitely too cold. They probably shouldn't have done it, oh well. They said it was worth it.
And of course, I will brag, we went back to Mike's house and I beat Andrew with a lucky hand at Cribbage. Maybe some day he will beat me ;o)
