Campming was sa-weeet!

what can I say? I enjoyed myself the most this summer as I took a break from work and got out of the city. I was able to not have my mind conjested with where I was going and having a time schedule. I was able to spend time with the youth and get to know where they were at. I didn't a therma-rest the first night and must admit that my hips were probably as sore as they will be until I give birth or something. Man, the ground hurts! No worries though, the girls were nice enough to share their therm's the next night. We watched stars both nights and we saw a few shooting stars. It was amazing. We also found two salamanders on our site and got to hold them :o) But swimming at Bear lake was my favorite! The water was mysterious and aqua greenish (and somewhat erie), there were cliffs all around and they were awesome, a few turkey volchures(sp?) were flying about, and we had the place all to ourselves. It was a great hike up and over to it, and completely worth it! Sweet!
Some stuff that was brought up this weeked was just being reminded that I can't hope for things to happen or come my way so that I will be changed through that thing that is coming. But rather I was reminded to use what you have right now- Don't think about the things you need to accomplish something, but use what you have right now. The things you wished you had to help you with what you are dealing with at the moment might not come and you just wasted time that could have been life changing on waiting. God knows where you are at and what you are going through. Now trust that he has equipped you to handle the situation at that time and not look for something to come. There is more to this, but at 3 am certain things become fuzzy. Enjoy the pics.
Peace.
